Cancel your policy
In short: You can submit your cancellation in the App & Customer Portal, by email to clients@liechtensteinlife.com, or by letter. Include your name and your contract or policy number and state that you wish to cancel. Exact notice periods and the process are set out in your policy terms.
How to cancel
Options (easiest first):
- In the App & Customer Portal: Submit your cancellation directly in the app – quick and with a record.
- By email: Write to clients@liechtensteinlife.com with your name, contract or policy number, and that you wish to cancel.
- By letter: Send written notice to Liechtenstein Life Assurance AG, Feldkircher Strasse 31, 9494 Schaan, Principality of Liechtenstein.
- Optionally request written confirmation of the cancellation and keep it for your records.

Before you cancel
Sometimes an adjustment is enough instead of cancelling. Depending on your product, you may have these options:
- Talk to your intermediary: They can advise you and, if you wish, handle the cancellation or an adjustment for you.
- Adjust or pause premiums: Many policies allow premium changes or premium breaks – details are in your policy documents.
- Change fund selection: You can usually change the funds in your policy without cancelling.
- Check your documents: In the App & Customer Portal you can see your policy status, documents, and options at a glance.
