You are interested in an insurance product offered by Liechtenstein Life Assurance AG (hereinafter referred to as «LLA») and you want to use the brokerage services of a distribution partner associated with LLA (hereinafter referred to as «distribution partner») in respect of such product. In the present document, we will explain to you how your data is processed and give you the opportunity to consent to such data processing. In order to be able to comply with your request, we will need your personal data (hereinafter referred to as «data»). Such data includes your name, your email address, your telephone number, (country of) residence and the zip code. This data is needed for contact purposes in order to be transferred to, and further processed by, the distribution partner associated with LLA. We, prosperity solutions AG, will not store your data. We will transfer such data directly to LLA so that they can further process the data and so that a distribution partner can establish the contact that you desire. Therefore, we will process the data within the framework of the legally permitted performance of contract. In light of the fact that we will transfer the data to third parties, we ask you to grant your consent. Within the framework of the present document, you may give the following consents:

Please note that you are free to grant the consents herein or not, and that you may withdraw such consents from us with effect for the future at any time at a later point in time using any of the possible contacts mentioned above. However, the fulfilment of an order you have given may depend on the fact that you have granted your consent. The specific consequences of the failure to grant a consent or of a withdrawal thereof will be dealt with separately in the respective chapter. In the data protection information that we provide you with separately, we will inform you in detail about our processing of your data. If the present Declaration uses any terms which are also used in the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the definitions set out therein shall apply. You can read such definitions in Article 4 GDPR in particular.

Data transfer to LLA and involvement of LLA distribution partners

The data you have provided within the framework of your request for the purpose of the establishment of a contact by an LLA distribution partner will be transferred by us to LLA. LLA will forward such data to the distribution partner suitable for contacting you. A distribution partner will contact you using the information you have provided. Your consent under data protection law in this regard:

I consent that prosperity solutions AG will transfer my personal data to Liechtenstein Life Assurance AG (LLA). Consequently, I consent that Liechtenstein Life Assurance AG will transfer such data to selected distribution partners that are in a contractual relationship with Liechtenstein Life Assurance AG. I am conscious of the fact that my consent will result in one or several distribution partners contacting me.

The consent is given via opt-in in the online request form of prosperity solutions AG.

You are free to grant this consent. Without your consent, however, we cannot further process your request. By sending an email to privacy@tpc.li, for example, you may withdraw this consent for the future at any time. If you withdraw your consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of your consent until the time of your withdrawal.
