Frequently asked questions

Your Partner ID is a unique number consisting of six digits or eight digits with a hyphen, which you received during your account activation. The partner ID used to be called the user name.

Your supervisor can find your partner ID in the team hierarchy on the "Settings" > "Your team" page. If you don't have a partner ID yet but would like one, your supervisor can create an account for you.

A passkey is a secure login method that is linked to your device or biometric data. Numerous websites such as Apple, Google and Adobe support passkeys. Log in to Partner Life as usual by entering either your partner ID or your e-mail address or by invitation to partner Life from your line manager. Following successful SMS verification, you will be able to create a passkey. The next time you want to log in, you can do so using the passkey you created.

The link is only valid for one person. As soon as the link is used, it expires. If you want to share your account with multiple people, create a new link.
